Talking to Kids About Sex

Woo boy, this is my favorite topic!

When I first started doing therapy I was working exclusively with child victims of crime, most of whom had some disclosure of abuse. I accidentally got really good at talking about what was safe and unsafe, comfortable and uncomfortable, and healthy and unhealthy. Now I do less of that trauma therapy work with kids, and more talking to parents about how to talk to kids about sex and safety. My top 3 tips are listed here.
